Wow, that's great! As long as he's having fun and getting to work (at least some of the time) in the field he loves, that's wonderful! Now that he's broken into the field, it shouldn't be hard for him to get to where he wants to be.

Yeah, it's compiled digitally, but it's all single cell pencil drawings. It's a lot of work, but it's rewarding! ^_^

My first decent animation after college! I made it in 2005 and it placed in the top ten for Nickelodeon's animation festival! It's also shown in various other film festivals around the world. A lot of fuss over some silly little monsters! I had a lot of fun with it. Hope you enjoy it!

Thank you so much! I had a lot of fun making it. ^___^

My animation technique is actually really out of date, but I draw them by hand, scan them, darken the lines in Photoshop, then export them to Macromedia Director, where I organize them like video game sprites. From there I export the frames as Quicktime movies, and edit it all in Premiere. I'm actually not sure what software people use nowadays for cartoons, but I'm sure it's much more streamlined than mine.

Thank you! Yeah, that's true--one of these days I'll update my software, but for now it seems to work fine. ^___^ I haven't had any time to make new cartoons lately anyway, so I guess it doesn't matter!
