Hi, MA. I know it’s a bit early to be talking about this, but the early bird gets the worm, as they say: This October and December, I will be uploading characters for Halloween and Christmas respectively. Is it ok If I use some of your Halloween Creepazoids for it (I’ll give you credit, don’t worry)?

the Baroness (Witch) - I’d imagine she’d be a retired WWII veteran residing in the town’s retirement home. BTW, which country does she represent? Allies or Axis?
Helena HandBasket (Demon) - Nothing planned for her yet, but give it time.
Franklin (Flesh Golem) - I’d imagine he’d be elderly, seeing as how he was a teenager in the 50’s. He’ll also reside at the retirement home.
Ol’ Scratch (Black Cat) - Nothing planned for them yet, but give it time.
Feature Creature (Alien) - He’ll also be elderly. but he’ll have a lot, and I mean a lot, of knowledge about pop culture.
Ctheodore (Underwater Creature) - I think he’d make a great head librarian at the town’s library. Plus, how can I not add him?
Memphistopheles (Demon) - A local celebrity. Awesomely hilarious pun, BTW.
Nos-Feratu (Vampire) - While he’ll also be elderly, he’d be friend with Vlad Dracula Jr. (more on that later). BTW, what’s the pun for his name? Can’t really figure it out.
Nicolae Nocturn (Vampire) - Nothing planned for him yet, but give it time.
Muerto (Skeleton) - I don’t mean to be stereotyping here, but maybe he’ll be a Mexican born citizen in the town who owns a Dia de Los Muertos themed restaurant.
(Vlad Dracula Jr. will look like Bram Stoker’s OG description of Dracula while Vlad Dracula III will represent Bela Lugosi‘s portrayal)

I kind of imagined The Baroness as more WWI, since she's referencing The Red Baron bi-plane fighter, but I guess she is more '40s the way she's drawn here (at least in a pinup way). I'd say it's up to you! I guess I do see her as German, but not a Nazi--she would predate them (plus Nazis suck 
).
For NOS-Feratu, his name is a portmanteau of Nosferatu and NOS (nitrous oxide), a performance mod for street racing, since he's modeled after a '50s garage racer.
I think that works for Muerto! It'd be on-brand for him.
